Remove me from Chirp GPS

We respect your privacy and your need for complete removal of your Chirp GPS account and all associated tracking data. If you want your account and data fully deleted, please follow the steps below carefully.

Important notes before you begin

  • Account deletion is permanent.

  • After deletion, we will not keep any account information.

  • Because deletion is irreversible, we take extreme caution and will double-verify that the requesting party is the account holder.

Who can request deletion

  • Only the account holder can request account deletion.

  • The request must be sent from the same email address that is registered on the Chirp GPS account.

  • To delete an account, we require only these three pieces of information:

    1. Your ChirpID

    2. The email address on the Chirp GPS account

    3. The phone number associated with the Chirp GPS account

Step 1 — Send a deletion request email
Send an email to: deleteme@chirpgps.com

Include ALL of the following in your email:

  • ChirpID

  • Account email address (must match the email registered on Chirp GPS)

  • Phone number associated with your Chirp GPS account

What happens next

  • A representative will verify your account ownership.

  • You will receive a follow-up within 72 hours to confirm your account and data deletion.

Because we do not keep any account information after deletion, and because deletion is permanent, please make sure the information you provide is accurate and that you truly intend to remove your account and all tracking data.
